We will work with you and your chosen insurance broker(s) or insurer(s) to develop and maintainyour insurance programmes and the way in which they apply to your business needs. We can also provide ongoing insurance portfolio management services, to monitor, maintain and administer your insurance programmes on acontinuing basis. At your option, this can include management of claims on your behalf, including appointment as appropriate of loss adjustersand/or technical specialists, negotiation with insurers and/or third parties, etc. Our efforts in all such matters will be devoted entirely to yourinterests, without the conflicts that are inherent for insurance brokers or insurers themselves.If you have already established an “in-house” insurance and/or risk management unit, we will be pleased to work with your team to augmentand support that resource.
