However, appropriate protection is best achieved by careful design and development of a package or programme of coverages suited  specifically to the particular needs of the purchasing business entity.  Every business buying insurance should be equipped to recognise the  possible shortfalls of its insurance arrangements as well as the potential benefits.  There may also be opportunities to minimise the damage  that the shortfalls might otherwise cause should some serious adverse event occur. Strategic Risk Partnerships Ltd can help you to re-examine your business to identify the ways in which insurance might best provide support  for your mainstream business objectives.  We will work with you and your chosen insurance broker(s) or insurer(s) to develop and maintain  your insurance programmes and the way in which they apply to your business needs. We can also provide ongoing insurance portfolio management services, to monitor, maintain and administer your insurance programmes on a  continuing basis.  At your option, this can include management of claims on your behalf, including appointment as appropriate of loss adjusters  and/or technical specialists, negotiation with insurers and/or third parties, etc. Our efforts in all such matters will be devoted entirely to your  interests, without the conflicts that are inherent for insurance brokers or insurers themselves. If you have already established an “in-house” insurance and/or risk management unit, we will be pleased to work with your team to augment  and support that resource.  If you do not have a dedicated resource of this kind, we will commit to provide these services to you as the near-  equivalent of an internal unit, reporting to your own senior management under a Services Agreement tailored to your specific needs.  Under  such an Agreement, we will be on call for you 24 hours per day every day of the year. (See Corporate Governance)
